Rich served as the EVP, Digital Commerce Experience Leader for North America for Capgemini, defining the Go-To-Market for Customer Experience, including Marketing and Content, Sales, Service, and Commerce. Rich was also the Global Offer Leader for Commerce, defining the Go-To-Market for Commerce for Capgemini globally.
