He brings more than 20 years of experience in IT and Digital consulting, and over 30 years of experience in business development.In November of 2017, LYONSCG was acquired by Capgemini. Rich served as the EVP, Digital Commerce Experience Leader for North America for Capgemini, defining the Go-To-Market for Customer Experience, including Marketing and Content, Sales, Service, and Commerce. Rich was also the Global Offer Leader for Commerce, defining the Go-To-Market for Commerce for Capgemini globally. And given his strength in establishing and growing alliances and partnerships, Rich was asked to take on the role of Leader of North American Partners & Channels, leading the major hyper-growth initiatives forCapgemini’s most important partners (Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, Google, and others) and setting ambitious goals to grow $1B+ practices over the next 3 years.Rich separated from Capgemini in November of 2021, 4 years after the acquisition of LYONSCG. Rich now serves on Advisory Boards and does consulting in the eCommerce ecosystem. Rich is also an expert in sales and business development.
