Ep. 124, What got you here won't get you there - it's time for an upgrade

The full moon in Scorpio has brought some BIG ENERGY and BIG EMOTIONS up for many of us. While this can feel overwhelming or unsettling, this is actually an incredible opportunity to create BIG shifts in your life. We are being invited to let go of the things that are no longer serving us, and move into a more aligned version of ourselves. It felt like the perfect time to dive deeper into a phrase I use often - what got you here won't get you there. When our old ways of being are no longer working, it's time to get honest with ourselves and begin to uncover what is required of us to reach our next level.
