Hey yoo!!! Was great to catch up with my old pal and Denver comedian Ben Kronberg this week. We talked about life's surprises, living in the moment, our love for movies and Colorado, and even bonded over Zoom therapy. Fitness chat included Ben's secret 7-minute workout  and our shared walking passion.
