This week I chat with a food truck owner who goes out of his way to offer gluten free to his customers. His stationary truck has a big sign at the street announcing Gluten Free Fries. They are also a peanut free facility, so I know they take food restrictions seriously. I've been stopping by on almost every trip between Kingston and Ottawa for years now. Each time I'm greeted with a smile, when I asked for gluten free.
