Ep 132 "I Am Enough"

Hello lovelies! Thank you for listening! Lately and with coming ‘Back to Self’ like my podcast episode a couple of weeks ago, I’ve been reminding myself of this fact that “I am enough”. It’s funny how society and people in general can make you feel otherwise. They put their pressures onto us and (especially women and people of color), like we’re not worthy or ‘enough’ unless we’re perfect and we accomplish a lot of tasks and we’re “yes people”. I’ve never been a “yes person” (sorry not sorry) to say. Like my podcast episode back in the Summer with the same title…“what others think of us is none of our business”, right? 😉 ***I am human though, so I’ll ‘forget’ and think that I’m not enough time and time again. There’s another saying that coincides with this which is, “others can only take our power away if we let them”. In other words, ‘we’ hold the reins. Let’s not let them ‘take the reins’, y’all. If you’re feeling like you’re not enough or that you have to prove yourself to someone I hope you remember these three words that have helped me to rid myself of those thoughts which is “I am enough”.
