The Reasons Why Your Clients Don't Come Back:• The Tech talked my off ear. (04:45).• I got sick of both my Tech's lack of reliability, and all the last-minute cancellations. (06:00).• "Got glue in my hair, didn't tell me, or apologise for it". (08:00). • General lack of availability. (11:00). • "Kept stopping to pick up her phone, or send texts". (12:15).• The Tech didn't listen to what I wanted. (15:30).• "Didn't let me user her restroom before the appointment". (21:00).• "Stuck my bottom lashes to the top, and then used scissors to separate them - leaving me with trimmed bottom lashes". (22:30).• "Listened to a Podcast, and never talked to me".
