Ep 135 Interview Sessions with Dr. Deborah Rozman CEO of HeartMath Inc

from Always Better than Yesterday with Ryan Hartley | A Podcast for Heart Centred Leaders · host Ryan Hartley

On episode 135 this week I am joined by Dr. Deborah Rozman, CEO of HeartMath Inc. Deborah is founding executive director of HeartMath Institute and a key spokesperson for HeartMath and the HeartMath System around the world. Along with helping develop, oversee and conduct HeartMath training programs since its inception in 1991, she has 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business executive, educator and author. Over the last year, I have had several mentors who continue to point their insights back to the research of the HeartMath Institute. The likes of Jon Gordon (Episodes 77 and 113), Dr. John Amaral (Episode 133) and Dr. Joe Dispenza in his book Becoming Supernatural. Having spent time learning about the HeartMath solution, exploring my own Heart Intelligence and using the InnerBalance technology to bring about my own Heart and Brain coherence, it was an honour to share space with Dr. Deborah and bring this amazing work to your attention. The mission of the HeartMath Institute is to help people bring their physical, mental and emotional systems into balanced alignment with their heart’s intuitive guidance. This unfolds the path for becoming heart-empowered individuals who choose the way of love, which they demonstrate through compassionate care for the well-being of themselves, others and Planet Earth. Let this be the start of a life long pursuit of connecting with your heart and the hearts of those around you. I know this will inspire you. Please do share this with someone whose heart and mind you wish to inspire too.
