🇫🇷Pauillac, Bordeaux, France📍Baron Philippe de Rothschild🍇Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot / Cabernet Franc / Petit Verdot這支 Rothschild Waddesdon Pauillac，本來不是為市場設計的酒，而是羅斯柴爾德家族在英國白金漢郡 Waddesdon Manor 宴客時的「招待用紅酒」，後來才少量對外販售。背後團隊就是管理Château Mouton Rothschild、Château Clerc Milon、Château d’Armailhac的那個家族。Pauillac 是左岸最具有代表性的產區之一，也是拉菲、拉圖、木桐三大一級莊的所在地。厚厚的礫石土適合 Cabernet Sauvignon 成熟，典型風格是黑醋栗、雪松、菸草與雪茄盒香氣，結構清楚、單寧緊實，帶有陳年潛力。杯中可以聞到黑醋栗、黑莓、黑櫻桃的果香，帶一點香草、摩卡和烤咖啡豆氣息，最後收在雪松與淡淡皮革的味道上。入口是中等偏飽滿的酒體，單寧細緻、有存在感但不刮口，酸度支撐得剛剛好，尾韻帶著木質香料與微微煙燻感。本節目部份參考來源為Baron Philippe de Rothschild未滿十八歲🔞禁止飲酒·禁止酒駕
