Ep #143 Dear Heroes who are losing their jobs to the mandate:

from Operation Tango Romeo, the Trauma Recovery Podcast · host Mark Meincke

Please send this to everyone you know who is losing their job.  A message to all Front Line workers who are losing their jobs due to the mandate First, and Foremost, you are heroes.  REAL Heroes. It’s easy to do the right thing when there isn’t much risk of a consequence.  That does not take courage. It’s easy to mouth the right words in private, and to say what you “would do” if push came to shove. What’s hard is to walk the walk. What is courageous is doing the right thing, regardless of the consequences.  This is the very definition of integrity. What is noble is standing firm in the face of a tidal wave of public pressure, knowing full well that the wave will wash away your career. The test of your character is measured by the pressure you can withstand to abandon it. It takes awareness to recognize evil.  It takes courage to stand against it at all costs. Standing up for your rights is the duty of every freedom loving person. Standing up for your rights is the highest, and best form of saying “Thank you for your service” to every soldier, sailor, and airman who fought, died, or was wounded for the sake of FREEDOM. Standing strong for your rights honors those who died for them. For some people, it’s easy to submit to the will of lesser people.  For Heroes like you, it’s impossible. Lions do not submit to the will of the greedy,  power hungry hyena’s. Find strength in knowing that you are on the right side of history.
