Pour over ice. Top off with ginger beer. Hollow out half of lime and place a bit of bread in the hollow. Soak bread with lemon extract and set on fire. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over flame for nifty sparky stuff. The Kirin Volcano (non-alcoholic) Evenly combine passionfruit juice and ginger beer, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg on top. The Thagomizer 2 shots Ron Zacapa (or any niiiice rum)Juice of half a limeAngostura bittersTiki bittersCherry Pour the rum, juice and bitters over a whole pint glass of ice and stir until it melts a bunch.
