Ep 152: Shifting in the Seasons of Life | Growth

from "Love, Sex, Lies and Reality" Talks · host Kemi Sogunle

Life doesn't happen in one season. If you don't understand the season you are in, you may get lost in life's journey. Every season opens doors of possibilities and opportunities and knowing how to navigate each season is important to your growth in life's journey.Spring brings opportunities for new beginnings - new healthy habits, new relationships, new ways of discovering yourself. Allow yourself to be inquisitive in this season, be patient with yourself and don't be afraid to try new things.Summer brings opportunities to connect and harvest the lessons you are learning in form of strength and resiliency. Doing this allows you to become more confident, energized and grounded. You learn to be grateful for everything and become more consistent and you learn to protect yourself from getting burnt out.Fall/Autumn allows you to shed the weight of old habits that don't serve you, relationships that deplete you and you have the opportunity to reflect on what to release so that you can travel life's journey lightly. Don't be afraid of releasing the hurt/pain/trauma and anything that no longer serves you.Winter allows you to take a break, introspect, hibernate and preserve your energy while also healing and recovering. Take time to grieve and rest, find inner peace and trust God's process and timing.Understanding the seasons of life will bring you wisdom, result in you shifting in order to evolve and become the best version of yourself while living truthfully and purposefully.Website: https://kemisogunle.com Coaching|Store: https://store.kemisogunle.com#selfmastery #kemisogunle #beyondthepain #seasonsoflife #onbecomingrestored
