Ep 159: Gaming in China (Tom Gilbert)

This episode I speak to Mr Tom Gilbert who is driving the wargaming scene in China. As always we talk about his personal history and journey plus also how that is driving his current crusade of creating a tournament scene here in mainland China.  It was great talking to Tom and from a personal point of view it has been great getting to know him more and hearing his insight into gaming in such a big but underdeveloped country in terms of tabletop gaming. It was interesting to hear his point of view that echos my own experience that people love games here, but just not tabletop war games. Super interesting and also exciting  to see what develops over the next few years. It is people like Tom that are changing this trend and it was amazing to spend an hour with him.
