The more intentional we become, the more we enhance our lives. The key to intention is self-awareness and being honest about the tricks our egos play on us. We must be sensitive to our feelings as indicators to pay more attention. We all have aspects of our lives that we’d like to improve, yet we engage in avoidance or denial instead. What are our autopilot behaviors? How are they working for us? What patterns are we noticing that reveal where we need to make changes? Whether we are being intentional or not, we are making a choice that’s conscious or subconscious. Living intentionally is an act of responsibility.
