My favourite place to do this practice is in nature somewhere so perhaps pair this episode with a walk or when you're spending time in the garden.We will be going through a Self Massage routine in this episode. I do this (and different version of this practice) every day and it is something that is a non-negotiable for me now. I can feel the benefit for my body and mind - no matter where I am or what kind of day I have ahead, I always find the time.In this episode we will be going through movement, massage, tapping and brushing of the body. 🙏🏼Disclaimer - I will be asking you to touch and love different parts of your body. This routine is very gentle and safe for most people. However, if you have a current injury or are struggling with any illness or disease - please check with your doctor first before you try self massage.
