Ep #168. David Lavoie, Armoured Corps Veteran, Social Worker, media pariah

Dave has dedicated his life to the service of others.  After more than 10 years in the Military, including a tour in Somalia, David achieved a degree in Social Work so that he can further serve others.  Everyone has a bad day, but not everyone's bad day ends up on the news.  Dave's did.  Because of a parking lot argument, David (who is first nations) was accused of a hate crime.  The media ran with the obviously false narrative without taking a moment to interview Dave for his perspective.  As a result, Dave has had to move to a secret location, and his career / job prospects have been ruined.  Phillip Millar of Millar's Law is representing Mr. Lavoie on this matter, which is going to court soon.
