EP. 1695 TREAT THE JANITOR AS YOU WOULD THE CEO**
from The PROPERTY DOCTORS, Sydney Australia Novak Properties · host Mark Novak, Michael Burgio
Sometimes your smallest opportunity becomes your biggest success. A $250/week office lease turned into 100+ transactions, multiple development sales, and relationships that continue to create opportunities years later. The lesson? Don't cherry-pick. Treat every client, every enquiry, and every deal with the same level of care—whether it's worth $250 a week or $10 million. When you focus on helping people instead of chasing commissions, the business has a way of taking care of itself. 💡 Put more into the world than you expect to get back. 🤝 Look after people. 📈 Success will follow. You never know which conversation will change everything. #RealEstate #BusinessGrowth #CustomerService #RelationshipsMatter #Sales #Leadership #SuccessMindset #Property #Business #Opportunity
