Ep 17: Authenticity

The question was asked, "Why do some people succeed with so little effort, while others don't?" Jay Niblick, the author of "What's Your Genius" studied over 197,000 people, and found 2 traits that all the geniuses had in common..... Last week, we tackled self-awareness, NOW let's take a look at authenticity Welcome to DISCover U podcast, hosted by Coach Ant and Coach Ash, we are two students of personal development breaking down our wins and losses to empower others. This week on the show we did a deep dive into imposter syndrome, there are too many people confused about themselves, their mission statement, their purpose. You are not them, they are not you, here at DISCover U we really emphasize being yourself, so get rid of the imposter syndrome.
