She also holds a certification by the ICF and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Additionally, Phoebe holds a Certificate in Positive Psychology (CiPP) from the Whole Being Institute (WBI) co-founded by Tal Ben Shahar. As a member of The Next Level Consulting, Phoebe partnered extensively in the design and facilitation of the Rutgers University's Executive Leadership Program for Women (ELP), for the 'Success Circles®' Program (a peer mentoring model), and for their executive coaching program for over 15 years. Phoebe has been a psychotherapist and coach in private practice and uses experiential training methods to help groups and individuals gain personal insight, influence and effectiveness. She is passionate about creating flourishing groups and teams and using the science of positive organizational scholarship to promote positive leadership thriving organizations. As a faculty member of the Wholebeing Institute (WBI) Phoebe led the teams of teaching assistants from 2013-2017 and was a mentor to many students at WBI.
