Hard conversations are hard to have...regardless which side we are on. Today's episode centers around the question: "How do YOU handle something when it's hard to hear?" One of the keys to dealing with something that is hard to hear, is not to try to discount the messenger bringing the news, or totally discount its relevance...but rather look for 10% of truth in the criticism.
