Flannery authored How to Market A University, published by the Johns Hopkins University Press in their series for higher education leaders. Terry holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Education (College Student Personnel Administration) and a BA in English, all from the University of Maryland. She is a fellow at the American University Center for University Excellence and of the Academy of Innovative Higher Education Leadership.
