***WARNING*** Graphic war stories Jess Larochelle is an Afghanistan Veteran who performed incredible acts of valour, yet has not been acknowledged with the appropriate medals.  Bruce Moncur served with Jess, and has tirelessly worked towards having Jess recognized.  No Canadian as received Canada's highest award (the Victoria Cross) since WW2.  Since 1993, Canada has been in charge of this honor, prior to that it was the UK.  Still, ...nobody has received this distinguished award.  For those who know the story, the consensus has been, if Jess Larochelle doesn't receive a VC, then nobody should.
