Ep 170 But are you able to Receive it?

I invite you to listen to this episode with an open heart and compassion for yourself, as well as the other people in your life who may struggle to feel the love you have tried to offer.  The cliches that love is everywhere, that love heals, that we are each love are not wrong - but it is a bit more complex than we have been giving it credit. I don't think humans generally lack loving as a verb - I believe we struggle to receive it. As well as the other things we crave but never seem to get close enough to accept.
