Ep 18: Specialist Chad Langford, US Army - Part 2

from Unforgotten · host Alabama Cold Case Advocacy

Join us this week as we continue our conversation with Michael Fleming from Echo 7 Foxtrot & Secrets True Crime, as we discuss the suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of Army Specialist Chad Wayne Langford. What began as a routine patrol stop to assist a stalled vehicle at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL, took an unexpected turn, forever altering the course of events. Military Police discovered Chad outside his patrol car, a victim of a gunshot wound to the head. However, his family vehemently challenges the Army's ruling of suicide, as Chad had claimed to be working undercover on a covert drug investigation. If you haven't listened to Part 1 first yet, we highly recommend doing so as it will provide valuable context for our discussion today. We delved into Chad’s background, military history, the noticeable changes in his behavior reported by friends and family, and events that may have triggered those changes, providing a backdrop for Parts 2 & 3. We humbly honor the courageous men and women of the armed forces who have made the ultimate sacrifice in their service to our nation. Thank you one and all.
