And then I did a trail Ragnar and another race or two that didn’t necessarily require specific training.But what I’ve found is that I kind of feel lost without a training plan. I trained solo and did the requisite Zone 2 for my 50K, and now I am too slow for most social running. And life has been busy enough (kid going to college, another kid going to college, an ongoing house maintenance issue, etc) that, without the commitment of a training plan, I don’t prioritize my running.I’m dipping my toe back in by pre-scheduling some runs, but it feels lackluster without a training plan.Anyone else?"
