Ep 188: Chasing Security Is Counterintuitive

Why do we chase the idea of security? Where does the belief in a lack of security come from? Are we addressing the root consciously or the symptoms unconsciously? In our need for security, we dance the fine line between control and responsibility. Oftentimes, we try to over-control and mask it as responsibility. Whether the security we want is financial, health-related, or in relationships, ultimately, we want peace of mind. And peace of mind begins and ends with full acceptance of who we are. Is security a facade we are chasing?
