This eventually led to the web-head's appearance in Civil War, but more importantly, his own movie -- one that promised to be more fun, low-scale, and fully integrated into the house that Feige built. Though it succeeded critically and commercially upon release, many have questioned its integrity as a Peter Parker story in how it tones down the drama, involves characters like Iron Man, and so on.
