Ricky’s passion for growth mindset is evident in his every word, reshaping adversity into positive opportunity. Ricky’s partner Asia, while being dealt a completely different hand, admittedly having it pretty good until tragedy struck, ended up with the same mindset. How do two people so individually focused on personal growth end up as perfect partners?  Asia Ellmer-Wright, born in California, raised in North Carolina. Her mother passed away at 15 of cancer and she was forced to grow up quickly, finding a job and a place to live. She went into the working field immediately and hasn’t looked back since. Asia says she was blessed to find the solar industry nearly 4 years ago where she got her start in door to door sales and has since made millions and completely transformed the way she parents her children, the quality of spouse she is for my husband, her friendships, and has since developed as a servant leader within the industry. Asia is addicted to the expansion of her being in the words of Ed Mylett, and she has a passion for helping people of all walks of life, achieve better. Richard Wright grew up in welcome North Carolina moved around multiple states, graduated from North Davidson high school, went to the military for a four year term, while Time in the military took over second in the world in powerlifting at the ages of 20 to 23 years old.
