Tristan Hensley Nick's guest in this episode, had a successful career as a musician. He toured across the country, performed professionally from the age of 16 until about 23, and was involved in recording sessions, songwriting, and studio work. He even had his own band at one point. Despite his success and diverse experience in the music industry, the 2008 recession and subsequent life changes led him to pursue other opportunities, eventually leading to a full-time and successful career in real estate! This shift allowed him to combine his love for design, architecture, and business in a new career path, and he found joy in developing real estate projects and saw it as a stable and exciting opportunity for growth.
