Ep 2 (Part 2) | Type A Trauma & Type B Trauma, Is There Unresolved Trauma in my Life?

Welcome back as we continue with last week's topic, Type A & B Trauma! As mentioned, dealing with trauma is nothing new for us. However, we are sharing how to identify a Type B traumatic experience that you may have experienced. You may have shoved it aside because you have never heard of it, and your “said trauma” was never validated. This explains why you may feel held back by something that “never really happened”? We will sit down with two guests and staff members at Set Free, Steve Vander Molen and Pete Noor. Steve is the Director of our USA ministry branch at Set Free and has been serving for over a year. He is excited to share his experience dealing with trauma that he has had from many hours in the Freedom Appointment rooms. Pete Noor is the Walking Free Facilitator and has been on the team for over ten years. In this conversation, Steve, Pete, and Jay define Type A and B trauma and how these may appear from the outside yet feel similar on the inside.
