In this episode, soccer coach, Adam Monkman discusses his journey to radical responsibility. On a work trip out to Los Angelas with a colleague, Adam faced a pivotal moment in his life when he allowed outside feedback to shed light on his biggest blind spot. Through this experience (and many others) Adam faced himself and was able to develop radical responsibility for his life. Part of this process has involved letting people in during the process of the struggle, to take the risk and step into vulnerability. Adam has now taken these lessons and has been able to translate them into his coaching career and role as a father.
