Ep 2/ Stuck in the Swamp of Shame

Hello lovelies. This episode is much different than the last one I recorded because I am coming to you with some hard-ass self-assuredness. This episode was inspired by a little pity party I was throwing for myself, stuck in the swamp of shame of not being good enough. But I had to remind myself that I *feel* ashamed of myself because I was simply not doing enough. I was not making a strong enough commitment to myself and my goals in the face of challenges. So, in a way, my shame felt like a wake-up call. So this is it -- here is your wake-up call.
