EP 2 : The California Kid

In this Episode, Matt chats with the "The California Kid" aka Cody Pope. Cody’s career path began in logistics, where he rapidly changed the game in his company by breaking multiple records and setting a new achievement standard. This early success led him to the ENT world through various roles in medical device sales, where he honed his leadership skills and style winning awards and earning top recognitions in the company. His background overseeing a large and varied geographical region, ranging from California to Hawaii and beyond, allowed him the unique experience of working with over 300 ENT doctors.  He came to the Breathe Free family ready to take on a new type of leadership role as the Regional Director of Operations for Connecticut, and is helping to grow the region to new heights. He enjoys helping the company grow from a business perspective while also seeing up close and personal the way that Breathe Free’s model truly impacts patient’s lives for the better.  Born & raised in San Diego, CA, Cody spent his youth thriving in sports and landed at the famed University of San Diego High School (now Cathedral Catholic). From there, he earned a prestigious football scholarship to the University of Tennessee where he received a Master’s degree in Leadership & Communication studies, and met his wife, Alli. They now have two beautiful daughters and he is enjoying life as a girl dad.
