In this episode, Monica and JR McMichael, LYF’s IT Technician and Web Master, wrap up the theme of the month: Choice. Monica starts the episode by sharing a story called “The Egg” by Andy Weir. This story came into her life on the day that would define the rest of her life… her near death experience. Monica talks about how this day that once caused her immense fear, actually became the catalyst for positive change in her life. JR too faced a near death experience that would alter his life forever, for the better.
