He started his career within local government before joining a brand-new division of a major Japanese manufacturer to help them implement a customer service strategy for the UK. This grounding in business lead Tim into various leadership roles within the customer service and customer contact centre environments. He spent the next 8 years with a prestige automotive manufacturer, responsible for the training and skills needs of over 10,000 employees. After completing a large-scale corporate culture change programme, Tim left the corporate environment and spent 3 years as board director with a well-established SME in the conferencing and events industry. Tim now works as an independent Coaching and Development Consultant.Tim has studied business management and consultancy skills and works with a variety of proven frameworks and techniques, using them in new and engaging ways to deliver positive results. His training experience ranges from designing and delivering engagement strategies around corporate culture at conferences for 350 people to 1:1 coaching. Tim works with many large corporate and public organisations at all business levels and he is particularly aware of the challenges faced by franchised networks.
