Ep. 20: Hear How Elle Brossy Went From Self-Sabotage To Self-Empowerment

Elle Brossy, from Simsbury, CT. is 31 years old. She currently works as a senior sales manager at a software consulting company in NC. Elle spent the last year taking personal inventory of her self-talk, specific choices and behavior.   Elle talks about losing her job, car, and relationships, and feeling as though her life was going up in flames. She shares how healing self-sabotage, and being kind to herself has given her the ability of living as a victor instead of a victim.   Elle walks with the mantra, "I am full,"  and reminds us that empowerment comes from filling our own glass, instead of waiting for others to fill it for us.
