Ep 20: Just START!!!!!!

from ACTUALLY, YES! · host Ilona Erskine

Have you ever thought well I'm not perfect at this topic or situation so I give up. Or I'll never be able to do this? Well friend, I too am guilty. I get in these mind states that IT HAS TO BE PERFECT before I share my idea or share what I have been working on. Or that hey, I was doing good for a couple days, but Wednesday came around and I ate that cupcake or I skipped a gym day so I guess I should just stop trying. Or that since I do not have all the high tech equipment I will never succeed at being a podcaster. Fill in the blank for you. We and I forget sometimes that the ACT of doing is STILL beneficial. That you can mess up and that makes you human. That bouncing back and JUST STARTING is MORE advantageous then waiting til everything is perfect.
