She received her Master in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from Yo San University in Los Angeles, CA, where she then maintained a successful private practice for seven years. In March of 2020, Amy migrated coasts to Sarasota, FL, and established Diamond Healing Whole Health, Acupuncture & Wellness Services. Amy's approach to medicine is whole health & wellness oriented. Amy practices all modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine including Acupuncture & Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy (APIT) , cupping, moxibustion, manual therapy, pediatric treatments with non-needling methods, and herbal medicine, as well as virtual & in-person whole health & wellness practices such as nutritional & lifestyle coaching, weight management support, anti-aging modalities, women's health, yoga & fitness training, trauma-informed yoga for healing and somatic vagal toning exercises to restore calm and balance to the nervous system, and anti-aging facial rejuvenation treatments.Amy believes in using a strong integrative approach to Eastern and Western medicine when necessary. She is a firm believer in the "it takes a village" mentality -not just in raising children, but in healing our bodies as well!Amy is the author of The Adventures of Splash & Shelly, a children's book series focused on social & emotional health, well-being, and empowerment for whole family-centered wellness, and also the owner of Lil' Guppies Swim School, a mobile swim school with branches in LA and Sarasota.
