EP#203 KINDNESS CURES Kelsey Carignan Founder Vibrant Yogi and Breast Cancer Storyteller

Kelsey Carignan is a mother to two boys and was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2018 at the age of 32 years old. Kelsey decided to make breast cancer the best thing that ever happened to her and started sharing her breast cancer journey online when she realized there was a lack of relatable and real content available for people going through the same thing. She also started asking people to complete random acts of kindness and to tag her so she could see how much good could come from a negative situation which helped to get her through her lowest points. After undergoing a bilateral mastectomy and eight aggressive rounds of chemotherapy, Kelsey is now in remission and is using her voice and her knowledge to empower and uplift others going through similar experiences with her platform Vibrant Yogi. www.vibrantyogi.ca
