Dr. Subramaniam is a seasoned learning strategist with 25 years of experience working in academic, corporate, government and non-for profit sectors. Her expertise is in all areas of education including leadership and administration, business development, educational technology, curriculum and instructional design, measurement and evaluation, faculty development, mobile/social learning, online learning and business operations.  As an Educational Technology expert involved in implementing online learning systems, learning object repositories, integrating technology in learning, leading the design and implementation of tools related to social and mobile learning. She is a successful facilitator and trainer with experience in designing and delivering leadership, faculty development, and teaching workshops.
