We're chatting with Jennifer Byrnes who is both a Mamistad Mom AND a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Perinatal Mental Health world!Jennifer joined Mamistad back in 2016 and is a member of Mamistad 131!! Their littles are now 7 years old and many of them, including Jennifer, have gone on to have more kiddos! Jen also has a 2yo son! Jennifer was a forensic therapist until she ​​experienced trauma with the birth of her oldest son.  She then​ shifted her therapeutic practice to perinatal mental health with an emphasis on birth trauma healing​, because she wanted to help moms heal from and avoid experiences like the ones she had.
