Gut health - diarhea, indigestion, heartburn, bloatingHormones - energy, mood swings, headaches, irregular cycles, perimenopause struggles.Nervous system so my body isn’t not kicking into a stressed state for every small stressor further taxing my gut and hormones. I made a ton of progress on my energy, moods and being a much happier person. BUT my HRV - Body’s marker on how much stress it can handle - was stuck at a certain point. No matter how many different pieces of the puzzle to get out of burnout and optimize my body I used my HRV was stuck at a certain point. I knew I was missing a piece of the puzzle because no matter what I tried My HRV would not get past a certain point. And that missing piece is what we are going to dive into today.
