EP:21 - Kristina Sanchez "Healing the Energy Within: Insights from a Medium”

Kristina Sanchez is an intuitive psychic medium healer, who is passionate about using her gifts to help individuals find peace and healing within themselves. She is a first-generation Latina with a Master's degree in Higher Education and she works for two community colleges as a college counselor in Los Angeles, CA. In 2021, Kristina took an energy healing course that exposed her to the wonderful world of metaphysics and emotional healing, Creative Emotional Wizardry. In this course, taught by her mentor, Dr. Randall Robirds, she was taught how to remove trapped emotions in the body, and that is where she learned she had mediumship abilities. Her clairaudience and clairvoyance abilities were also activated shortly after the course. She later took ThetaHealing courses. This technique helps us to clear subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs that we have held onto since childhood and even past lives.
