This week, I’ll be sitting down with Matt Eastwood. He has been Global Chief Creative Officer at McCann Health since January of 2019, formerly Worldwide Chief Creative Officer of J. Walter Thompson. His career has taken him into numerous agencies, specialties and countries including Australia, the UK and US. He was a founding partner of M&C Saatchi in Australia before he went on to join DDB Australia as National Creative Director and Vice Chairman. In 2010 he moved to DDB New York as Chief Creative Officer and was listed as the 5th most awarded Chief Creative Officer, worldwide. In 2016, he led J. Walter Thompson to a historic year winning a total of 80 Cannes Lions. More recently, in 2019, he led McCann Health to win the coveted Cannes Healthcare Network of the Year. During his career he has been a highly awarded international creative, responsible for some of the most innovative and recognisable creative projects in advertising today.
