After experiencing anxiety and panic attacks herself, she questioned why strategies for growing confidence and developing resilience were not taught in schools? In 2021 she founded Small Steps Big Vision, an organisation which supports young women to raise aspirations and know that their voice matters. Emily is the author of the Six Degrees weekly Mindful Monday emails, revered within the community for their focus on personal growth, managing challenging thoughts, and rediscovering joy.
