Ep 22 - What the End of a Relationship Should Mean to You

from "Love, Sex, Lies and Reality" Talks · host Kemi Sogunle

Oftentimes, we think the end of a relationship is the end of our world. However, it is the beginning of a conscious awakening to discovering who we truly are created to be.  The end of a relationship is another phase to finding your true self.  It is the phase that exposes the "naked truth" that you don't know who you are. You have a choice to connect to the real you or continue to get lost in the course of your journey. However, if you choose to focus on your emotions and feelings, you will create a void that allows you to get lost in time in your own world and connect to pain (in addition to any emotional pain/trauma that exists in your own world).
