In this episode, Rob sits down with the whole gang at Mallard Estates Outfitter in Brownsville, TN to talk about how the season has been so far and what it takes to be an outfitter. It isn't just showing up and killing ducks, you have to be a booking agent, a farmer, a carpenter, a welder, an electrician, a psychiatrist (bartender), a chauffer, a comedian, and eventually you get to be a duck hunter. If you can't be all of those things, you have to assemble a team who is, and they've done just that.
