EP 24: Organic or No Organic Do you ever wonder if it’s really necessary to go organic? Is it a farce? Will it make a difference in your health. What fruits and vegetables can I buy that doesn’t have to be organic? Finding reasonably priced Certified organic to lessen pesticide load is possible. Healthy skin longer, younger, liver doesn’t have to work as hard to detoxify so if I do little things to reduce the load of - over the years, consistently over time. Do you buy the fresh organic that doesn’t look so good or frozen organic? Mold tends to grow on organic strawberries which is a good thing because it’s live and doesn't have chemicals and better quality. But if they don’t look, choose another fruit. 3 months of organic - sperm assessments are better found in research. Pushing industry to try to produce more organic. More demand, the better the less we all get. The more the large retailers will buy it and will push the price down. Ultimate is local farm, organic, fresh off the tree. It can get confusing, better to choose local ; organic first and locally farmed second. Vitamins and minerals displaced by heavy metals. How do we balance it out? Go for sources that have lower mercury, higher in omega 3’s.
