Jonah Cohn is a lifestyle and health coach from Long Island, New York. A drummer for several years, Jonah made the transition to become a Lifestyle & Health 2020. In early 2021, he became a Certified ICF Accredited Life and Health Coach. We talked about his journey over the last couple of years and what inspired this career path.
