from ACTUALLY, YES! Hosted by Ilona Erskine

Have you talked to someone and they were just scrolling on their phone and you felt like they were giving you half their attention? Do you get all happy when someone tells you "I appreciate you" or "I see how hard you been working." If so, these are a few examples of the 5 love languages specifically, quality time and words of affirmation. It is important to know what your own love language is and what others are such as your spouse, best friend and maybe a close family members (I know it is more tailored for spouses, but it is helpful in other relationships too). By knowing your love language it helps you understand what your way of communication is through love. Sometimes we give off what we would want to others when in reality that is not how they receive love.
