Today’s guest was a person I’m so grateful to have in my life; a true healer, authentic spiritualist, genuine light-worker – all of those in the most pure sense of the word, without even trying. She is one of a kind and she is Karina Grant.  Karina has been working as an energy healing practitioner for over 2 decades, performing, teaching and lecturing on modalities such as Quantum Touch, Reiki, Bio Energy and Permissioning and Transformation, as well as facilitating many successful mindfulness workshops.  Her company, HI CHI Integrated Health Institute, offers powerful resources to facilitate balance and wellness and now has its own meditation app, and in this episode we talk about healing modalities, what spirituality means to her, our own abilities to heal, how to navigate tough times and meditation.  I cannot scream from the rooftops enough how Karina has changed my life, and I know she will yours, too.
